Fermion Software Solutions Private Limited

Our office is at A 16 in the Janakpur C H Society, which is over in the Keshavnagar area of Ahmedabad. It's a residential society, so it's a very calm place to work compared to a commercial complex. We are Fermion Software Solutions Private Limited. We have basically taken over one of the units and turned it into a full-time software studio. It’s got a bit of a homey feel because, well, it is in a housing society. We have a few rooms set up for coding and a small area where we can sit and talk about projects. There is a little balcony where we go to take phone calls or just stand for a minute when the code is getting frustrating. The neighborhood is full of families, so in the evenings, you can hear kids playing in the common areas of the society. We try to keep things quiet so we don't bother the neighbors. Our team is pretty small, and we mostly just focus on building software that actually works for people. We don't have any shiny brochures or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. We just show up every morning, do the work, and then head home like everyone else in the society. It’s a very normal, low-key way of running a software business without all the unnecessary corporate stress or polished talk.
