Our office is over at No. 41 in the Sayona Arcade, right across from Dinesh Chamber on L.B.S Road in Bapunagar. It’s not a huge place, but we’ve got enough room for our benches and all the computer parts we keep on hand. We spend most of our time looking at screens or taking apart laptops to see why they stopped working. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to explain tech stuff to people who just want their devices to run again. The desks are usually covered in cables, screwdrivers, and open hard drives. We deal with software issues too, which can be a real headache sometimes, but we just sit there and work through it until it’s fixed. Bapunagar is a busy area, so there’s always someone dropping off a phone with a cracked screen or a computer that’s gotten too slow. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. We’re just a small team of people who like figuring out how electronics work. Sometimes we’re still here late at night trying to finish a repair that turned out to be more complicated than we thought at first. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most of the locals know they can just walk in and ask us a question. We don't use a lot of jargon; we just try to tell you what's wrong and how we can fix it.
