Expai Solutions Private Limited

We are located in Gandhinagar, which is a bit quieter than Ahmedabad. Our office is at 207/2 in the Suryanarayan Society, which is part of Sector 25. It is quite close to the local shopping center, so it is convenient when we need to grab something during the day. Expai Solutions Private Limited is a small setup where we focus on various software solutions. Gandhinagar has a lot of greenery and the roads are usually wide and easy to drive on, which makes the commute much better than in other cities. Our office is more like a house that has been turned into a workspace. It gives the place a very comfortable and relaxed feel. We don't have any formal uniforms or strict rules about where you sit. Usually, we just find a spot and start working on our projects. In the winter, the weather is actually quite nice here. We often take our tea breaks outside to enjoy the sun for a few minutes. Most of us have been together as a team for a couple of years. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with long meetings and slideshows. If there is a problem, we just talk about it and find a way to fix it. It is a very direct way of working. Being in Sector 25, we feel like we are part of a real neighborhood rather than just an industrial park. It is a good spot for a company like ours to grow.
