Our office at Exhiference Media Pvt. Ltd. is in the basement of Kalyan Tower. Being in B-2 means we don't get much of a view of Vastrapur Lake, even though it’s just a short walk away. We usually head over there for a break when the sun starts to set. The basement stays a bit cooler than the rest of the building, which is a blessing during the Ahmedabad summers. It’s a quiet space, mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional hum of the AC. We’ve got our desks set up in a way that’s comfortable, but it’s definitely not a designer office. There are posters on the walls and stacks of hard drives everywhere. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out media projects. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, and sometimes people have trouble finding the right staircase down to B-2. We don't mind it being tucked away; it lets us focus on the work without too many distractions. Every now and then, the building gets a bit noisy, but we just put on our headphones. We’re just a small team trying to make things happen from a basement in Kalyan Tower. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our space and we’ve made it work for us over the years. We just take it one day at a time and keep at it.
