Our office is tucked away in Laxminagar Society, which is a bit of a change from the usual commercial blocks you see around Ahmedabad. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly quiet except for the occasional vegetable vendor shouting outside or some kids playing in the lane. We are at D/94, and it feels more like a house than a standard tech office. Being in Gujarat, the work culture is usually pretty straightforward. We get in, sit at our desks, and get to work on whatever Evo Infotech has on the plate for that day. The space is a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve got some old computers in the corner and a lot of wires running along the walls. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we all just take a break until it comes back on. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home, and we eat together while talking about local news or whatever is happening in the society. It’s a low-key environment. We don’t really do the whole suit and tie thing here. It’s much more casual, which helps when the heat starts picking up in the afternoon. We’ve been here at this address for a bit and the neighbors don't mind us much. It is just a normal workplace for us.
