Event Management

We run our event management office out of the N.L. Shah Hostel area, specifically sharing space with Madhurhall at the Anandnagar Cross Road. Satellite is a busy part of Ahmedabad, so there is always a lot of energy around us. Since we are in the events business, things can get pretty chaotic at times. Our office isn't just for sitting; it’s where we store things, take calls, and try to organize schedules for upcoming dates. Being near the cross road means we have easy access to different parts of the city, which is helpful when we have to go check on a venue or meet someone. We don't have a big, shiny office with a lot of decor. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our files and our phones. Sometimes we are here late into the night if there’s a big event the next morning. The staff is used to the fast pace, but we keep it pretty casual among ourselves. We don't use a lot of business talk. We just focus on what needs to happen next on the list. It’s a lot of physical work and coordination. Whether it's a small gathering or something bigger, we just take it step by step. It's a bit messy sometimes with all the plans and notes lying around, but we know where everything is.
