We are based out of Polyclinic Chambers, right there on Judges Bunglow Road in Ahmedabad. It is unit 503 if you are looking for the door. This part of Ahmedabad is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Mostly, the day consists of us being on the phone or sitting at desks trying to figure out where everyone is supposed to be. Handling event management and coordinating models or celebrities is not as glamorous as people think it is. It is a lot of paperwork, checking schedules, and making sure the dates line up. We have been here for a while now. The office is just a regular place where we keep our files and drink too much tea while waiting for calls to come through. Some days are completely quiet and we just catch up on things, and then other days it feels like three different events are happening at once and everyone is stressed. We don't really have a fancy way of doing things. We just use our lists and try to make sure nobody gets forgotten. The traffic on Judges Bunglow Road is something we have to deal with every morning, but it is a good spot to be. We just get on with the work that needs doing for the day. It is a local business and we just run it the way we know how, focusing on the tasks right in front of us without any big corporate talk.
