Enjoy Restaurant

Enjoy Restaurant is located in the cellar of the Himalaya Complex, specifically at unit B 3. We are right near Vastrapur Lake and the Nehrupark area, which is always a busy spot for families and students. Being in the basement means it’s a bit cooler down here when the sun is beating down outside. It’s not a fancy place with white tablecloths or expensive decor. We have simple tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy from lunch until late at night. The menu is mostly stuff we like to eat ourselves, and we don't try to make it too complicated. You might hear the sounds of the traffic from upstairs, but once you sit down, it feels like its own little world. We get a lot of regulars who come in after walking around the lake. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we’re packed on the weekends, but we do what we can to keep everyone fed. We don't have a big marketing budget or a PR team. We just rely on the fact that people like the food and the prices aren't too high. My cousins and I do most of the work, from cleaning the floors to taking the orders. It’s a lot of long hours, and the kitchen gets pretty hot, but it’s a good way to make a living.
