We are located at Plot-227/233 in the Gidc Indl. Estate in Naroda. It is an industrial area, so it is mostly warehouses and factories around us. Encore Natural Polymers Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the rest of them. The air around here usually smells like industry, and there is always the sound of a forklift or a truck somewhere nearby. Our building is a solid, functional place. We spend our hours working with polymers, which is mostly about following the right steps and keeping an eye on the temperature. It is not glamorous work. Your hands get dirty and the floor is always a bit dusty, no matter how much we sweep it. We have a small group of workers who have been here for a long time. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. We do not have a big HR department or a PR team writing things for us. This is just us telling it like it is. We show up, do the production, and make sure the shipments go out from the Naroda estate on time. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the roads a mess, but we still find a way to get things done. It is just how it goes when you are running a factory. We keep things straightforward and do not try to pretend we are something we are not. It is just a regular factory doing regular work.
