We've been at Omkar House on C. G. Road for a while now. Navrangpura is always busy, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a scramble with the traffic. Our space is in unit 34, it’s not huge but it works for what we do. Mostly, it’s just us coordinating orders and talking to people who need stuff for their interiors. The sun hits the front windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually keep the blinds down then. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at samples. Sometimes the tea guy from downstairs forgets our order, which is a bit of a pain when we're in the middle of a long day. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just trying to keep things organized and make sure the laminates get where they need to go. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. It's a loud neighborhood with all the shops nearby, but we like being in the middle of the action. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just some desks and shelves full of paperwork. It stays pretty hectic around here from Monday to Saturday, but we try to keep a steady pace. It’s just a normal workplace where we get the job done without too much fuss and bother.
