Draghtman

Draghtman is located at C-11 in the Swastik Apartment. It’s right across from Ekta Tower on Baraj Road. This is in the Vasna area of Paldi, here in Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty central location. The apartment building is older, but it serves us well. We’ve got our office set up inside one of the units. Most days are spent looking at plans and making sure the measurements are okay. Ahmedabad is a big city, but Vasna has its own feel. It’s a bit of a mix of homes and small businesses. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team here. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. If you need a draughtsman, that’s us. We go by Draghtman on the paperwork. Sometimes people find the spelling a bit different, but it’s what’s on our official registration. We’ve been here for a good while now. The traffic on Baraj Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but that’s just city life for you. We like being in Paldi because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from here. We just keep things simple. No mission statements or long-winded goals. Just the work that comes across the desk every morning. It's a bit cramped with all the paper rolls, but we make it work. We are just regular people doing a regular job in a busy apartment building. Every day is a new set of lines to draw.
