Dj Ket

Dj Ket is based in Shashtri Nagar, Naranpura, in Ahmedabad. The exact address is M/5/8/63. We are pretty close to the Saibaba Temple and right behind the Odhni Silk Palace. If you are in Naranpura, you probably know these landmarks. Our setup is mostly about sound and music. We have a lot of speakers, mixing boards, and miles of cables tucked into every corner of our workspace. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where every single plug and adapter is kept. We spend a lot of time listening to music and figuring out the best ways to set up sound for different types of halls and outdoor spaces. Naranpura is a busy residential area, so we have to be careful when we are testing out the bass on the new subwoofers. We started doing this because we just liked the technical side of music and how a good sound system can change the feel of a room. It is a lot of heavy lifting, taking gear up and down stairs and loading it into trucks. We are usually out working when everyone else is sleeping. During the day, we are mostly here fixing broken cords or organizing our music library. It's just a small, local operation run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We don't have any big marketing plans, we just let the music speak for itself.
