Digital System (Computer Solution)

We’re located over at 1 Pranav Society in Jawahar Chawk, right across from the Ghadiyali Complex in Maninagar. It’s a busy corner of the world, but we like the energy of it. Our shop is called Digital System, though we added Computer Solution to the name just so people know exactly what we do. We aren't a huge firm with a board of directors. It’s just us working out of this space. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners around the Chawk. Our daily life is pretty simple. We open up, check what repairs are waiting for us, and start working through them. Some computers are just old and need a bit of a boost, while others have serious hardware failures that take some real thinking to solve. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our space is taken up by workbenches and piles of parts we’ve collected over the years. We think it’s better to focus on the work than on making the place look like a boutique. People in Maninagar seem to appreciate that. They just want their stuff fixed so they can get back to their lives. We don't use any complicated scripts when we talk to folks. We just explain what’s going on in plain English and let them decide what they want to do. It’s a good way to work, and it’s kept us in business all this time. Hopefully, we’ll be here for a lot longer.
