Dicot Solutions Llp is situated at units 28 and 29 in the Nilamber 4 complex. We are right on Vasna Bhayli Road in Vadodara. If you know where Bright Day School is, we are just a short distance from there. It’s a growing part of the city, so there is always construction or something new popping up nearby. Our office is a simple place where we get our work done. We aren't into big, flashy offices. We have enough space for our desks and a small area to sit when someone visits. Most of the day is spent handling different projects. We’ve been at this location for a bit and we like the neighborhood. It’s a bit quieter than the very center of the city, but it still has plenty of life. The school nearby means it gets busy during drop-off and pick-up times, so we try to plan our movements around that. We are just a group of people working together. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or formal stuff here. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes order food for the whole office if we are staying late. We handle what needs to be handled and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s a basic, functional workspace. We just do our jobs and keep things moving along as best we can. There is always a lot to keep us busy during the week.
