Our office is at number 106 in Rajkaml Plaza A. We are situated right across from the Sakar No. 3 building, near the Income Tax offices. It’s a small operation where we handle garment design and production. The room is often crowded with stacks of material and boxes of finished goods. We aren't a high-fashion house with a runway. We are just local people making clothes that other people can wear. I spend most of my time at the cutting table or on the phone with suppliers. We have been in this location for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the hustle and bustle of the plaza. The elevator works most of the time, which is a relief. We don't use any corporate jargon here. We just talk about the fabric and the fit. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the work a bit slow, but we push through. We have a few helpers who have been with us since the beginning. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just let the clothes speak for themselves. If a customer isn't happy with a hem, we just fix it. It is a straightforward business with no hidden agendas. We like the work because it allows us to be creative in a practical way. It’s just a normal job for us, and we are happy with that. We keep it simple. It works for us and the people we supply.
