Simandhar Technology

Our shop is at No. 610 in Punit Pole, which is right in the middle of Vadigam Dariyapur. If you live around here, you know how narrow these lanes can be and how hard it is to park a scooter. We have been working out of this small space for quite some time now. Mostly, we deal with whatever technology problems walk through the door. It could be a computer that will not start or some small part that needs replacing. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan running at full speed all day. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we just sit there talking on the bench until it comes back on. That is just part of life in this neighborhood. We are not some big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a couple of us surrounded by wires, tools, and old monitors stacked in the corner. People drop by to ask questions about their phones or to see if we have a specific cable they lost. We try to help out when we can, though sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive from the warehouse. The tea stall nearby does a good business because we are always ordering rounds of chai. It helps when we are looking at small circuits for hours. We don't do anything too fancy, just the regular work that needs doing to keep things running for the folks around Dariyapur.
