Dairy Rich Ice-Cream

We are located at number 16 in the Ramdev Estate, right near the Gota Crossing Bridge. If you know the Gota area, you know how the traffic can get near that bridge, especially during the rush hour. We can see the cars lined up from our front door. Inside, it’s all about the ice cream. We have a few big freezers that hum loudly all day long. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in here with all the equipment, but we’ve figured out a system that works for us. We don't have a marketing team or anyone in a suit. It’s just a few of us in aprons making sure the batches are right and the packaging is sealed. Sometimes a neighbor drops in just to say hello or to escape the heat for a minute. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the mixers to worry about that. We get our supplies delivered early, and the narrow lanes of the estate make it a bit tricky for the big trucks. You get used to the noise of the bridge and the smell of cold milk after a while. It’s a straightforward business. We make the stuff, we freeze it, and we send it out. No big speeches or fancy promises, just the daily grind of keeping things cold. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
