Our setup for Cybage Software is right here in House 30 of the Lovely Park Society. If you know where the Vishala Hotel is in Juhapura, we are basically just opposite that. It’s a bit unusual being in a residential society instead of a big glass office building, but it makes the whole place feel a lot more relaxed. People often walk by and don't even realize there's a software company running out of a house. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our laptops. We chose this spot in Ahmedabad because it’s easy for the team to get to and it doesn't feel like those stuffy corporate parks. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, especially being near the hotel, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our days clicking away on keyboards and checking the website at cybage.com to make sure everything looks right. There is no big receptionist or a sign out front. It’s just a gate and a door. We handle the technical side of things without much fuss. If a computer breaks, we fix it ourselves. When it's hot out, we keep the fans going and just focus on the tasks at hand. It feels like a small family here since we see each other every day in such a close space. It’s a practical way to work and it keeps our heads clear for the coding we do.
