Cubic Event Planner

Cubic Event Planner is located on the 5th floor of D.K. House in the Navrangpura area. We are situated right opposite the Municipal Garden, which actually gives us a nice view if we ever have a moment to look out the window. Ahmedabad is our home, and Navrangpura is right in the middle of everything that happens in the city. We are near the Mithakhali Underbridge, so getting here can sometimes be a bit of a challenge with the heavy traffic during office hours. Our office is just a small room where we keep all our files and meet with people who want to organize a party or a business meeting. It is mostly just us and a couple of old computers on the desks. We do a lot of running around town, checking on various venues and making sure the decorators actually showed up when they said they would. It is a lot of follow-up phone calls and double-checking our lists. We do not have a big fancy reception area to impress people. It is just a practical space for doing our work. Sometimes we have to stay quite late when a big event is coming up, just drinking some coffee and making sure we did not miss any small details. The lift in D.K. House is a bit old and slow, but it gets us up to the 5th floor eventually. We just try to do a decent job.
