We’re located at 7 Suryarath Apartments, which is a bungalow in the Kubernagar area of Ahmedabad. It’s an interesting spot because it’s a bit different from a standard office block. Cremisoft Development is run from here. We’ve got a few rooms set up with all the gear we need for software development. It feels a bit like a home office, which makes the atmosphere quite relaxed. We don’t have a boss breathing down our necks every minute. We all know what we need to do, so we just get on with it. Kubernagar is a busy area, but once you’re inside the apartment, it’s fairly quiet. We spend most of our time coding and testing things. It’s a lot of trial and error, like most tech jobs. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so we usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local shops nearby. The commute isn’t too bad for most of us. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team trying to do decent work. Sometimes we hit a snag with a project and have to spend hours figuring it out, but that's just how the job is. We don't use any fancy management tools; we just talk to each other. It’s a very direct and honest way to work. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving to a big tower soon.
