Fairdeal House is where we set up, specifically at UL 20. Being on C G Road means there’s always something happening outside. We’re right opposite the St Xaviers Ladies Hostel, so we get a lot of students coming in with laptop issues. The Swastik Cross Road is just a stone's throw away. It’s a bit of a basement feel since we’re in the upper lower level. The air conditioning works most of the time, thank goodness. Creations isn't a big name, just a place where we fix stuff. There’s a stack of delivery boxes near the door that we keep meaning to throw out. Sometimes we get so busy with repairs that we forget to eat lunch until late. The lighting is that bright office white, which helps when you're looking at tiny pins on a chip. We get people from all over this part of town because C G Road is such a hub. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. Some days are frustrated, others are just routine. We have a small radio playing in the corner, mostly just for background noise. The neighbors at Fairdeal House are quiet enough. We’ve got a routine down now. Show up, open the shutters, check the list, and start working. It’s a simple setup. Not much to look at, but we get things done. We keep some spare keyboards and mice on the shelf for whoever needs one.
