Concept Veg Restaurant

We are over at number 8 in Himalaya Arcade. It is right opposite Vastrapur Lake, which is a very popular spot for people to walk around or hang out. Being in Vastrapur means we get a lot of visitors, especially on the weekends when the lake area is packed. The restaurant is just a simple place where we serve vegetarian food. We have been in this arcade for a while now. Some days are quiet, but usually, lunch and dinner times get pretty busy. You can see the lake from across the road, and it is nice to have that view, even if we are mostly stuck inside the kitchen or between the tables. We don't really go for anything too polished in how we talk. It is just a restaurant where we try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out on time. The staff here is like a small family, and we have our own way of doing things. Sometimes the parking at the arcade is a bit of a mess, but customers still find their way to us. We focus on the everyday tasks like chopping vegetables and making sure the kitchen is stocked up. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night when the lake crowds finally go home. We are just a local spot where people come to eat when they are out by the water.
