Comptel Systems

Dealing with computers and systems over here at Comptel Systems means we are usually buried in cables or looking at screens. We’re located over at Balaji Centre on S G Highway, but we also have the spot at Moonlight Complex near the Gurukul Temple. That area gets really busy, especially with the temple crowds and the traffic on Drive In Road. It's a bit of a juggle sometimes moving between the two. We started out small, just fixing what came through the door. Now we handle more complex stuff, but the basics stay the same. If a system crashes, it’s a headache for everyone, so we try to get things stable. Our office isn't anything special to look at. There are boxes of hardware stacked in the corners and the coffee machine is always running. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we know what we’re doing. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. Some days everything works perfectly and other days we’re scratching our heads until late at night. We just like solving the puzzles that come with technology. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the neighborhood near the temple. It feels like home even when the work gets stressful. We just keep plugging away at it until the lights go out at night.
