Our office for Codekins Tech Private Limited is tucked away in Radhe Bunglows, specifically B/086. It’s part of the Navdeep Colony area on the road near Anupam Cinema. Anyone who knows Maninagar-East knows it’s a lived-in part of town. This isn't a big glass skyscraper. It’s more of a quiet neighborhood setting, which is nice because it stays relatively calm during the day. This started because we wanted to work on tech projects without a long commute to a huge industrial park. The house we work out of has enough space for our equipment and the few people who are here every day. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, making it feel very much like a community. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Usually, everyone is busy typing away or on calls. There’s no big corporate lobby here. You just find the right bungalow number and knock on the door. Different technical tasks keep us occupied. Tea is a big part of the day, and we sometimes talk about the cricket scores while we work. It’s a simple setup. This way of working is practical and we don’t have to deal with too much noise or traffic. Just regular people doing their jobs in Hokhara. Things stay low-key so we can focus on the tasks in front of us. It's just the way we like to do things around here, keeping it quiet and steady.
