Cimcon Software Ltd is located at A/8, Sagar Flat, Part-II, within the Maniyasa Society in Maninagar, Ahmedabad. Maninagar is a well-established area and being in a society like Maniyasa makes the office feel very much like part of the neighborhood. We aren't in a commercial skyscraper. Instead, we work out of this flat which has been converted into a functional workspace. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the computers and desks, but we make it work. We don’t have a big HR department or a marketing team to make us look fancy. It’s just us, the staff, doing what we do every day. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We dress casually and talk to each other like neighbors. Maninagar is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside, but inside the flat, we just focus on the software projects. We have been here for a while and the locals know we are here. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a simple, honest way to run things without any extra fluff. We value getting the job done over having a polished image. If you are in the Maniyasa Society area, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s just a normal office for normal people. We try to keep things quiet so we don't bother the other families living in the flats around us.
