We are based out of Prajapati Colony in Naroda, which is right near the Ku School. It’s a busy little area in Ahmedabad and having a school nearby means there’s always some activity around. Cimcon Software India Pvt Ltd is just a group of us working out of this location. We don’t have any big corporate signs or anything. It’s a fairly simple building where we have set up our computers and desks. Naroda is a good place for a business like ours because it’s grounded. We aren't trying to be something we are not. We just do software work day in and day out. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the school lets out, but we don't mind the noise. It feels alive. Our office setup is pretty basic, just the essentials for the job. We don’t go for those expensive office chairs or fancy coffee machines. We just use what we have and focus on the tasks. It’s a practical way to spend the day. Most of us have been around here for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get a decent lunch. It’s just a regular office in a regular neighborhood. We work hard, we talk to each other, and we try to do a good job without making it complicated. If someone stops by, they’ll see we are just normal people doing our best with the tools we have in front of us.
