Our shop is number 10, located inside Kameshwar Estate. You can find us at Shed Number 1, right across from the IBP petrol pump in GIDC Vatva. Vatva is an industrial area, so there is always a lot of smoke and noise from the nearby factories. We’ve been here for a while and the location is easy to find because of the petrol pump landmark. The estate itself is quite busy, with small trucks coming and going all day. Inside the shop, it’s a bit cramped because we try to fit a lot of stock onto the shelves. We don't have any fancy displays. It’s mostly just boxes and tools sitting where they were last used. There’s a small desk where we do the billing, and sometimes the printer acts up when we are in a hurry. We know most of the other shop owners around here, so we often help each other out if someone needs a spare tool or a bit of change. The floor is usually a bit dusty because of the wind blowing in from the road. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple business and we like keeping it that way without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures. We just do the job as it comes and try to stay organized.
