Our office is in the Kirtan Karma Flat, located in Dharmnagar 2 over in the Sabarmati area of Ahmedabad. It’s a residential-style spot, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those huge office parks. We’ve been at this address for some time now as Cimcon Software India Pvt Ltd. Sabarmati is a well-known part of the city, and being in a flat means it’s quiet enough to actually think. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy art on the walls. It’s mostly just computers, cables, and some old files. We like it this way because it’s practical. We don’t spend money on things that don’t help us write better software. Most of us take the local transport or drive our scooters to get here. The neighbors are nice and it feels like a real community. Sometimes we talk about the work over tea in the small kitchen area. There’s no big hierarchy here; we just work together to get the projects finished. Sabarmati has its own history and we are glad to be tucked away in Dharmnagar 2. It isn't a place for showing off. We just show up in the morning and do the work. It gets the job done and keeps us moving forward. It’s just a plain, honest workspace for the team to do their thing. We even have a few plants on the window sill to make it feel a bit more like home and keep the air fresh.
