Ceramic Shop

You can find us at 4 Narayan Estate, which is right by the Gota Railway Crossing in Chandlodia. The trains go by pretty often, so the whole place shakes a little every hour or so. We’ve been here for a long time selling different kinds of tiles and ceramics. It’s a bit of a dusty spot because of all the construction nearby, but the warehouse stays fairly clean. We aren't fancy people. We wear work clothes and spend most of the day moving heavy crates around. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up, but we eventually find what a customer needs. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. It’s mostly just rows of samples leaning against the walls. My uncle started this place and I took over when he retired. We have a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting and the deliveries. If the railway gate is closed, it might take a few extra minutes to reach us. People usually come here because they want something that lasts and doesn't cost a fortune. We keep the coffee pot going and the radio playing in the background. It’s not a high-pressure environment. You can walk around and look at the patterns without someone following you. We just provide the materials and let people decide what works for their homes. That is pretty much how we do things every day here at the shop.
