Career Computers

We are right in the middle of Astodia, opposite Mandvi Ni Pole. It’s one of those parts of the city that is always packed with people and scooters. The building we are in is quite old, with those thick walls and small windows you see in the older sections of town. Finding a place to park is almost impossible, so we usually walk or take a rickshaw. Inside, the shop is full of computer parts, monitors, and cables tangled in various corners. It’s a bit of a maze, but we know exactly where each specific connector or card is hidden. The smell of electronics and dust is pretty constant. We spend a lot of our time hunched over benches with screwdrivers. There’s a lot of shouting from the street below, but we’ve learned to tune it out over the years. We have a small table in the back where we keep the water filter and a few snacks. The lighting isn't great, so we have extra lamps at each station. People from the pole across the street often pop in just to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s a busy, cramped, and slightly chaotic place to work, but it suits the kind of tech work we do here at Career Computers. We just keep the machines running and the cables sorted as best as we can every single day.
