Our place is at 1 Parityag Society, right on P T College Road in Paldi. Ahmedabad is a bustling city, but our spot in Paldi feels a bit more grounded. Career Avenues Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a regular building where we spend our 9 to 5. We have some old wooden desks and a few filing cabinets that have definitely seen better days. It gets the job done though. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at our computers. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail, so we try to keep the distractions to a minimum. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the traffic on P T College Road gets a bit backed up, which makes the morning commute a bit of a headache. Once we’re inside, it’s mostly just focused work. We take our lunches together when we can. It’s a small team and we’ve worked together for long enough that we don’t need a lot of formal rules. We just show up and do what’s required. That’s our everyday reality here. We don't make it more complicated than it is. It's just a regular office life.
