Our building is part of the old pole system, which is very traditional for this part of the city. Inside, it is just a bunch of people working on computers. It’s a bit of a contrast to the old streets outside. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or glass elevators. It’s a tight-knit space where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have a small kitchen where we make tea several times a day. The office can get a bit dusty because of the wind, so we are always cleaning our keyboards.
