You can find Brijwasi Caterers at 108 Gokul Palace, which is right across from the Dena Bank at Maninagar Char Rast, Maninagar. Maninagar is always a lively place to be, and being right at the Char Rast means we are in the heart of it. We’ve been in Gokul Palace for quite some time now. Our space is usually filled with the sound of clinking dishes and people talking. It’s not a quiet office environment at all. We have people coming in all day to talk about their events, and we usually offer them a glass of water and sit down at the old wooden table. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food to where it needs to go without any fuss. The traffic outside can be a nightmare, so we have to plan our departures carefully. Sometimes we’re loading up the trucks at four in the morning to beat the rush. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving those heavy containers and making sure nothing spills. We have a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well by now. We don't bother with much fancy talk because we’re usually too busy making sure the next batch of food is on the fire. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right in a busy part of town. We keep it simple and keep moving forward through the week while juggling all the requests.
