Brijesh Enterprise

Brijesh Enterprise is tucked away at Plot No. 489 on Road O. 12 in the Kathwada G.I.D.C. area of Odhav. This part of Ahmedabad is always buzzing with activity. Our plot isn’t the biggest on the block, but we’ve managed to organize it so that we can fit our machines and have enough space to move materials around. The flooring is concrete and a bit cracked in places, but it serves its purpose. We deal with various engineering parts and small components. Every morning, the first thing we do is open up the rolling shutters and let the light in. It gets quite dusty around here because of all the construction and the traffic in the G.I.D.C., so we’re constantly wiping down the workbenches. We aren’t big on formalities. If a customer comes by, we usually just offer them a plastic chair and some water while we talk about what they need. Most of our orders are from other businesses in the Odhav area. We don’t spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Our reputation comes from just being here for years and doing the work as it comes. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, so we usually take a longer break then. It’s a basic setup where we put in the effort, get the parts made, and keep the machines running. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy every day.
