We've been around for a while now here in Saraspur. Our office is tucked away in the Burhani Apartment building, right behind Vora Na Roza. It is a bit of a quiet spot, but we like it that way because it lets us focus on the work at hand. Most days, you will find us sitting with a bunch of computers, trying to sort out software issues or hardware fixes for people in the neighborhood. We aren't a big fancy company with a glass front. It is more of a practical space where we get things done. People usually find us when their laptop starts acting up or they need some technical help with their setup at home or for their small business. Being in Ahmedabad, specifically this part of the city, means we see a lot of local faces. We started Bright Mind Computer Solution Llp because we figured we could help folks out with their tech problems without making it too complicated. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with wires and spare parts, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s pretty straightforward here. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be fixed and what cannot. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or taking things apart to see why they aren't working like they should. It is steady work and we like it here.
