Our place is in the Jasmin Green 1 complex over in Khodiyar, near the Vaishnodevi circle. We are on the fourth floor, unit H 401. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s much quieter out here, which we appreciate. There’s a lot of greenery around, hence the name, and it makes for a nice environment to work in. We are a small team, an LLP, so things are pretty informal. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules about what to wear. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. Our days are filled with technical problems that need solving and projects that are always behind schedule. That’s just the nature of what we do. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee, and we usually eat lunch together at one of the big desks. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but we do take our work seriously. We don’t spend much on advertising or fancy office furniture. We’d rather put that into better equipment for our tasks. The area is developing fast, and there are new shops popping up all the time. It’s a good spot to grow a small tech business without the stress of the downtown traffic. We like the pace of life here.
