Akshar Infocom

Our shop is Akshar Infocom, and you can find us on the ground floor. We are in Unit 11 of the Vishwas Shopping Center-1. It is a pretty straightforward place. We deal with computers, phones, and all the little parts that go with them. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in from the street. The shopping center is usually busy, especially in the evenings. We have a lot of stuff on display, but a lot of the work happens behind the counter where we fix things. It’s often a bit cluttered with cables, motherboards, and tools. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or when the screen breaks. We just take a look and tell them what’s wrong. There is no corporate polish here. We just talk to you like regular neighbors. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to tell people to wait. We don't like making promises we can't keep. It’s a small business, and we rely on the folks around here to keep coming back. We’ve been in Vishwas Shopping Center for a while, so we know most of the other shop owners too. It is a good little spot for what we do, and we just keep at it.
