Blues Events And Promtions

We are Blues Events And Promtions, located in the Navrang Building on C G Road in Ahmedabad. We are on the 3rd floor, specifically near the Swatik X Road intersection. If you see the Pizza Hut on C G Road, we are right across from it. It is a pretty active part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle a mix of event planning and promotional work. This means some days we are setting up stages and other days we are figuring out how to get more people to notice a brand or a product. The office usually has boxes of flyers or event gear sitting around in the corners. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anyone to open the door for you. You just come up to the third floor and find us working at our desks. Ahmedabad is a big city and there is a lot of competition, so we just keep our heads down and do the tasks in front of us. Organizing an event involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure everyone knows their specific role. We try to keep things simple and direct when we talk to people. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon. If someone needs a promotion handled or an event managed, we just sit down and figure out the steps to make it work. It is a lot of hours and a lot of coffee, but we have gotten used to the fast pace of C G Road.
