Birmies Restaurant

You can find us at shop number 13 in the Antriksh Complex. We are right at the Panjrapole Cross Roads in Ambavadi. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of movement outside. The restaurant is a small spot. We have some tables and chairs, but it can get a bit cramped when the lunch crowd comes in. We don't have a team of waiters in fancy uniforms. It’s just a few of us making sure people get their food. The kitchen is right there, so you can hear the onions frying and the dishes being washed. We don't have a big corporate menu. We just cook what we know how to make well. Sometimes the air conditioning doesn't quite keep up with the heat from the kitchen, so it gets a bit warm inside. We have some fans to help out. Ambavadi is a nice area, and we get a lot of people who work in the nearby offices. They just want a quick meal without any fuss. We don't do much in the way of decorating the place. The walls have a few simple frames, and the lighting is just regular bulbs. It’s a straightforward place to eat. We spend our time focusing on the cooking rather than making the place look like a palace. If you are stuck in traffic at Panjrapole, you can see our sign from the road.
