You can find us at the Vijay Complex, right up on the first floor. We are pretty close to the Vasna bus stop, so it's always loud with the buses pulling in and out all day. Bhogilal Chunilal Eye Clinic has been around this part of Vasna for quite some time now. Getting up to the first floor is a bit of a climb for some, but we try to help them if they need it. The clinic is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fans and people waiting their turn. Most days are pretty similar, checking eyes and talking about glasses. We get a lot of older folks from around here who’ve lived in Vasna their whole lives. The lighting inside isn't always the brightest, which is funny for an eye clinic, but we make it work. We have these old cabinets full of files that we probably should organize better one day. There is a small shop downstairs that makes decent chai, so we usually have a cup or two between seeing people. It’s not a shiny new hospital, just a regular place where we do our work. Sometimes the wait is long because we talk too much with the regulars, but that’s just how we operate. It feels more like a community spot than a doctor’s office sometimes. We just keep things moving along as best as we can.
