You can find us at Patel Avenue on the third floor. We are right on the S G Highway, near the Gurudwara in Thaltej. Being on the third floor means we are a bit away from the direct noise of the highway, but you can still hear the traffic rushing by. It’s a busy spot in Ahmedabad. Since we do catering, there’s usually a lot of talk about food and menus around the office. We spend a lot of time on our phones or writing down lists of ingredients. It’s not just about the cooking; it’s all the planning that goes into it. The kitchen side of things is usually elsewhere, but this is where we get everything organized. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a big event is coming up. We have stacks of papers and folders everywhere. Thaltej is a good area to be in, very central for us. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the S G Highway traffic patterns by heart now. We aren't a big corporate company with fancy receptionists. We’re just people who like to see a party go well. We sit here, figure out the logistics, and make sure the trucks are ready to go. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but we’re used to the pace of the catering world by now. The Gurudwara is right there, so it’s easy to find.
