Bhaskar Group

Bhaskar Group is based out of B-4, Saffron Flats in the Kagdiwad area of Paldi, Ahmedabad. It is a simple place to work from. We have been in this flat for a while and it has become quite comfortable for the team. We don't have a big staff or a fancy HR department. It’s just a handful of us making sure things run smoothly every day. The neighborhood of Paldi is pretty lively, and there is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We do various types of work depending on what is needed at the time. It is not always the same thing every day, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make space for a new desk or a filing cabinet. It gets a bit cramped when we have extra stuff lying around. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just turn up, do the tasks that are waiting for us, and try to get home at a decent hour. The building itself is older, so sometimes the plumbing is a bit temperamental or a light bulb flickers. We just fix it and keep going. It is a very practical way of working and we prefer it that way. No frills, just honest daily work that keeps us grounded and focused on what is right in front of us.
