Banson Equipment And Machines Pvt. Ltd. is situated out at Block No 23 in the Kamaldeep Industrial Estate. We are right opposite the new Arvind Mill in Khatrej, which is part of the Kalol area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where all the industrial action happens. Our workshop is filled with all sorts of heavy equipment and machinery. It’s usually pretty loud with the sound of metal and motors running. We spend our days assembling things, checking parts, and loading up trucks for delivery. It’s the kind of place where you’re going to get some grease on your hands. We’ve been in this estate for a while now and we know most of the neighbors. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. We just have our space where we build and fix the machines people need for their own businesses. The weather gets really hot under the tin roofs in the summer, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. We aren’t big on corporate talk or long meetings. We’d rather just be out on the floor making sure the equipment is put together right. It’s a steady pace of work. We get our orders, we build them, and we send them out. That’s pretty much the whole story of what happens here in Khatrej every day. We usually wrap things up by early evening.
