Our shop is over in the Austvinayak Complex, specifically G-12 in the A-Block. We are right outside the Dariyapur Gate in the Bardolpura area. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of traders and people moving goods all day long. We’ve been part of this complex for years. It’s not a quiet place at all. You can always hear the horns and the sounds of the market just outside our door. We deal with various enterprise tasks and trade from this small unit. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a couple of desks where we keep our records. We don't have air conditioning in every corner, so it gets a bit warm in the summer months. Most of our customers are people we’ve known for a long time who just drop in to see what’s new or to pick up an order. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive marketing. We just tell people what we have and what the price is. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Our staff is like a small family, and we all know our roles. We start early in the morning when the market opens and usually close up once the rush dies down in the evening. It’s hard work being in such a crowded area, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s where all the action is. That’s just how we run things here.
