We are located in the village of Rahawthi, which is in the Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower here than they do in the big cities. We’ve been at this post for a long time. Our building is simple and sits right in the heart of the village area. Most of the people working here are from Rahawthi or the nearby villages. We don't have a big HR department or fancy meeting rooms. We usually just talk things over while we're working. It’s a very hands-on environment. The work gets done because we all know what we're supposed to do. Meerut is known for many things, but we just focus on our little corner here. The roads can be a bit rough depending on the season, but we’re used to it. We don't use any of that marketing language you hear on TV. We just tell it like it is. We’re a local business doing local work. We value the fact that we can provide jobs in our own community. It’s not a complicated life. We start the day, handle our responsibilities, and keep the place running. It’s an honest day’s work in a quiet part of Uttar Pradesh. That’s really all there is to it. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do our part well.
