We are located at shop 047 in the City Centre building, right across from Surya Complex at Swastik 4 Rasta. It’s a busy corner in Ahmedabad. We deal with organic stuff, which means a lot of checking labels and talking to farmers. The shop isn't huge, so boxes tend to pile up near the back door. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend a lot of time sorting through things to make sure they are actually what they say they are. It’s dusty work sometimes. People come in and out all day, asking about different grains or oils. We don’t have some big corporate strategy. We just open the doors in the morning, sweep the floor, and get to work. Dealing with organic goods is just about being honest with what you've got. The traffic outside on the road is always loud, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We’ve been here at the City Centre for a bit now. We know the neighbors at the other shops pretty well. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going. Not everything is perfectly lined up on the shelves, but we know where everything is. We just try to get through the orders and keep things moving. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and paperwork, but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
