You can find Asopalav Eye Hospital over in the Elite Flats building, right near the Circuit House in Shahibaug. We specialize in eyes, which means our days are filled with testing vision and doing various eye procedures. The location in Shahibaug is quite nice, a bit quieter than the very center of the city. We’ve got a setup in A6/2 that fits our equipment and a small waiting area. Eye health is one of those things people ignore until they can’t see the TV or have trouble driving at night. We see a lot of elderly folks coming in for cataracts and kids who need their first pair of glasses. It’s a steady pace here. The staff knows how to handle the machines, and we try to explain things in plain English rather than using a bunch of medical jargon that no one understands. We aren’t trying to be the biggest hospital in the state; we just want to be the place where neighbors can get their eyes checked without a hassle. Sometimes the waiting room gets a little cramped when families come along, but we make it work. It feels like a small community here.
