Our place is located in Vastrapur at the Mansi Complex. We are up on the first floor at Plot No. 9. It is right on Premchand Nagar Road, which stays pretty active throughout the day. We have been operating as hardware suppliers for a while now. The office is filled with boxes and samples of different things like handles, hinges, and other building supplies. It's not the kind of place you'd come to look at pretty displays. It's more about finding the right parts for a job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to contractors who come up the stairs. The area around here has changed a lot, but we have stayed in this same complex. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs. It is a straightforward business. We keep track of what is in stock and try to get things delivered when people need them. We are not a massive corporation, just a private limited company run by people who know hardware. The windows look out over the road, and we see the city moving while we organize our inventory. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We just focus on the supplies and making sure the counts are right when we send things out to a site. It is a lot of counting and checking boxes but we enjoy the work.
