Anunay Fab Limited

If you’ve ever been stuck in traffic near Atira in Amba Wadi, you’ve probably passed Shivalik Plaza. We are right there at numbers 3 and 4. Anunay Fab Limited is mostly about the day-to-day grind of the textile world here in Ahmedabad. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we handle the fabric business and talk to suppliers. There’s usually samples of cloth laying around on the tables and a lot of talk about thread counts or dye lots. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when the market is moving fast. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computers trying to track where everything is. The area outside is always buzzing with people and scooters, which makes getting anything in or out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve got a small team and everyone sort of does a bit of everything. One minute you’re checking a ledger and the next you’re helping move a heavy box that someone left in the way. It’s just how things are at a local place like this. We don’t really have a big corporate vibe; it’s more about just getting the orders sorted and making sure the business keeps ticking over. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles with the heat outside, but we just keep working. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know. There's always some clutter on the desks, but we get things done eventually.
