We are over here at A-2 Shashi Apartment, which is right by the Anjali Cross Road in Paldi. Most days start early because the traffic around the cross road gets pretty heavy by nine. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now, mostly handling the service requests that come in through the phone or people dropping by. It isn't a huge fancy office, just a practical space where we keep our tools and paperwork. My desk is usually covered in notes and old receipts from the week’s jobs. We spend a lot of our time out on the road visiting sites, but this apartment is where everything gets organized. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole team is here at once, but we make it work. The neighbors know us well enough by now. We don't really do much advertising because most people in Paldi just see our sign or hear about us from someone else nearby. It’s a straightforward setup. We fix what needs fixing and try to keep things moving. There is a small tea stall nearby where we usually go when things get too busy in the office. It’s just how we run things here day to day. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that, just a few people trying to get the work done properly so we can go home on time. It works for us and the locals here.
